'Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

'This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for...

'The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.'

'This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. '

We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. 'The location was excellent, the lake serene and relaxing. The cottage pictures were probably taken a while ago, but still reflect a comfortable place to get away from busy schedules and demands of city life. We tried fishing from the dock, unsuccessfully. Didn’t use the kayaks and canoe available because there isn’t a ramp or launching pad, though there is the one a mile away, if you can strap the kayak to your car’s roof. '
