« Gianna was very welcoming and her place was very clean and secure. It is behind the Hyatt and they have security guards as well as roaming the parking lot. I wasn't home much during the day mainly just to sleep. The walls are pretty thin though and outside noises could cause a little disruption especially the roosters in the morning but she did mention its Puerto Rico life! I would recommend it if looking for something in this area. Thanks again for the medallas Gianna! »

« The property was well kept and secured! I was traveling with my family for my son's farewell vacation prior to heading out for college... The kitchen set up was perfect for breakfast's prior to heading out for the day. There is a small grocery store on the road headed out toward the main road which was also very convenient for all of our needs! I would definitely look to forward to booking this space again if I'm on this side of the Island again. »

« Property clean, house amazing, help at a moments nothce. We enjoyed Puerto Rico like never before and I will say some of that is simply having a comfortable, clean place to stay. A few bugs but i guess thats to be expected.Carmen (the host) was amazing and always available for check-in, questions and was so proactive in getting us setup. I would stay here again. Gated community, so felt safe. »

« The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. « There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window.
