The lobby area was relatively new but I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the seating area, which made the lobby stuffy and warm. The designated guest area had a odour to it that was difficult to explain ( slight sewage smell ). But the staff at check in were extremely warm and helpful. 'Withing walking distance of Terminal 3 - there's also a shuttle commuting between the Walkway and the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of options. A late check-out was highly appreciated. Clean room but maintenance in room 7105 on the shower door (doesn't close) and bathroom door (very difficult to opeen) is required.'

'Amazing hotel, And what helps create that is the staff. All the staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly which makes your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Also the beds are very comfortable. A 5 star rating from me and will definitely stay there again.'

I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

'I needed to be moved to another room the next day. I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed.'
