'Staffs were great!!!'

'Just a step away from the mall, good parking, clean room and hallway and the best thing about it is staff are friendly and accomodating. I give it a 5 star.'

'Cheap'

'Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. I informed the front desk on my second night and was told housekeeping would be notified. On my third day, I...

'The room was clean, the staff were outstanding, amenities were good. Everything was great, would've been perfect if the toilet had a toilet seat. I will stay again next year.'

'I like the foods served at breakfast. Clean room & good air conditioning.'

'Friendly staff and very accommodating'

'when we arrived it was late around 9pm. the guard was friendly and he helped us checked in and help took our stuff in the rooms. He did mention he will open the aircon in room 32. and room 34 where my dad and step mum were in room 34. we paid for 2 queen bed and we received 1 double and 2 single. then they were moved to room 36 with 1 king bed and 1 double. aircon cooled the room quickly. my husband and i came back to the hotel after we were out for an hour and the room was still hot and not...

'Very nice staff, close to everything, quite!!!!'

'Location is good'

'Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. '

'has a'

'I love this hotel. They have clean rooms and very helpful staff. Next time I visit Manila, I will stay with this hotel again.'

'Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...
