'Overall, I had a good stay at Monaco Hotel, although the main downside was a recurring issue with small cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Aside from that, the hotel offers good value, with friendly staff, a convenient location, and included breakfast. I started noticing one or two small cockroaches almost every day, usually around the sink, vanity mirror, floor, or toilet seat. I informed the front desk on my second night and was told housekeeping would be notified. On my third day, I...

'I like the foods served at breakfast. Clean room & good air conditioning.'

'Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. '

'Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

'Excellent service and friendly staff.'

'Very good'

'Very pleasant atmosphere, wonderful staff who was so very helpful, and great food'
