'Our 3rd year returning to this wonderful home in Calais! The close proximity to Montpelier and Stowe is a blessing, but the best part is hitting that dirt road on the way to the house. 'Hygge House lived up to its definition. It was cozy with a warm atmosphere in which we felt very content and safe. It's location to Sugarbush skiing was ideal. Our family enjoyed skiing there daily.The entire house was wonderful but the kitchen was ideal!!Whether it was the appliances, utensils, dishes, glassware or the washer and dryer all exceeded our expectations. 'The home was warm and inviting! There was plenty of space to gather as a group for game night or to find a quiet spot to read a good book. The home is minutes from Sugarbush for downhill skiing or from two other XC skiing areas. I would highly recommend this home! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!!'
