« Airconditioning was not working and only present in one of the rooms. Fridge was broken. Bed was old and uncomfortable. For the price, the room was really underwhelming. All the additional services (restaurant, spa, etc.) were overpriced. Terrace with nice scenic view is presented as part of the room but is actually a common space. »

« We had the Boticelli room. The room was really Big but the end was very Small and very inconfortable. We hit ourselves on the frame of the bed many Times because the mattress was way to thin. The shower was very narrow and the hot water was unpredictable. One minute it was very hot and the next cold. When you pay 300$ for a room, you expect better. « This property has been under renovation for the past few years, with about another year of construction still to go. They are transforming an old winery into what will eventually be a 5- or 6-star resort, complete with a spa and other amenities. We stayed for two nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and booked a family suite.
