Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didnât have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didnât have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will definitely be back and I plan to book this house again. There were 2 things I would love to see addressed - the play set needs to be better anchored into the ground. When swinging my 17 month old son, the entire structure would sway with the swing and start to lift up. So we didnât end up using it, but there is a great park like 2 blocks away with 2 playgrounds, an open field, dog park, and basketball court. The other issue was that the bathtub faucet didnât work, so we had to fill the tub with the shower head, and on a few occasions got nailed by it as it twirled around. But honestly, these things are not enough to stop us from coming back or reducing the review! I wish I wouldâve taken more pictures of the place, but I did get some of the backyard. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out during sunset. Oh! And check out didnât demand much and was pretty straightforward.
