'Beautiful property! Our room was clean and beautiful! Wasn’t crazy about the room overlooking the road and not having dinner or bfast at the resort. Staff was very nice and super accommodating!!!! The hot chocolate bar is a major plus'

'Amazing! When we arrived it hotel was locked up. I call the number for assistance and quickly received a call from Michelle a wonderful assist. She gave us the codes needed to get into our room and stated on the phone to assure we were comfortable etc. She also suggested areas of interest to us, restaurants and bowling alley. The location was amazing. We could see and hear the water from our room. There was water and snacks as well free for our enjoyment. We will definitely stay again. For us...

'Very well restored and maintained old Victorian near town center. The Marble Room was very comfortable. Josh, the owner, was very accommodating to rectify a mistake I made in our reservation. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Burrel House.'

'Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there.'

And if you’re into rock ‘n’ roll history, the suite is like a mini museum with tons of interesting picture/posters – just asked Bill and he’ll give you some great stories! 'Everything about the stay was excellent. Everything needed was provided and response from the hosts almost immediate. The property is in a quirky, but safe part of town. My only hesitation is parking can be interesting as it's entirely on-street, but we always found a spot no further than a block or two away.'
