Woonboten in The Catskills

'The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past.'

'Great stay and better than expected. Loved the spaciousness of the airstream trailer, the nice outdoor tables and chairs and fire pit. Wish I'd stayed longer!'
