« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email.
