'Where do I start on the wonderful stay we had at Hacienda del Sol? We arrived late for check in, but it was not a problem at all as the considerate staff at this wonderful B&B left instructions on how to get onsite, where to park (for free), and codes to the property and our room door. We had a large warm and very welcoming bedroom with a fireplace, a comfy couch and a rocking chair. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi style soaking tub, and a separate shower and toilet. 'Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!'

'This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...
