Villa's in Piringebergte

Geweldig hotel met fantastische keuken. Groot zwembad. Vriendelijke manager en personeel. Een aanrader

Alles was perfect

First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Walking distance to gondola ski lift. Restaurant of the hotel has lots of choice and is open late. Room was spacious with a good shower and good wifi connection. Overall look is a bit old fashioned but don't have a problem with that. I haven't seen a lift in the hotel so if you stay on the 3th floor ... If we would go back to Bansko we 'll stay again in Kap House !

Geweldig, mooie accommodatie, goed onderhouden zwembaden, nieuwe mineraal zwembad in Banya , uitstekende ontbijt en avondeten , vriendelijke personeel.Een aanrader!

Zeer proper en comfortabel. Soms moeilijk om te communiceren met hotelpersoneel vanwege taal.
