'Manager and staff were pleasant and kind. Very helpful when asked for suggestion for restaurants. Facility was properly maintained and had very good lighting outside. A clothes iron would be nice.'

'Amazingly quiet with the location being so busy. Check in and were both quick and easy. Support Staff seemed efficient and good at their jobs. Room was clean and smelled fresh like laundry. The bed was a bit too firm for us but otherwise comfortable. Overall great night stay for our overnight visit.'

'Our air conditioner went out after a few hours every day. We had to unplug and plug back in several times to get it to work. I saw we were overcharged (charged twice) for our stay. Upon check out i was going to talk to the staff about it. There was no staff on site during check out hours which was strange. We had to call a phone number posted to get the situation corrected. 'The owner was super nice and helpful. We only stayed one night as we were roadtripping around the state. The room was clean, kind of dated, but I think that is a part of the charm of Rt. 19 Inn. The bed we thought would not be comfortable, but we slept like rocks. Coffee in the rooms is good, just wish they stocked creamer in the rooms.
