'I hit a deer on my way to the motel. So I couldn’t make it there. Expedia was awful!!!! Said I could not get a refund because I didn’t pay extra! I was 2 hours away I didn’t think I would hit a deer and not make it. Expedia no remorse. No care at all. I emailed downtown inn and within 10 mins they gave me a full refund!!!! I will be staying here every time I’m in Asheville from now on! Expedia….. I will not be using them unless it’s a last resort. '
