'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'The facility was very clean from the grounds to the inside. Our room was very clean however we had to get the staff to come reset our TV twice and it needed it again the last day but we just turned it off. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I really wanted to enjoy the hot tub however it never heated above Luke warm our entire stay. The breakfast was very minimal and the coffee was not good at all very very strong tasted like instant.'

'Last minute stop on the way to Gatlinburg. Reasonably priced. Comfortable room that was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was strong. My only complaint was the walls were thin and it sounded like the people above us were practicing gymnastics until 11pm and up at 6:45 am. The two young ladies that checked us in were wonderful. Get a second floor room if you stay here.'

'One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of...

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.'

'The room was nice, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a slight odor in the hallways, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The only real disappointment was the hot tub. It had a frothy layer on top that didn’t look very clean, so my daughter and I decided not to get in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the hot tub could definitely use better maintenance.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'
