« I’ve probably stayed at a couple of dozen short-term rental properties, and this was the best one I’ve ever stayed in as far as the View, the amenities, cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches. The main floor was great for my mom who uses a walker and she enjoyed her visit very much and found it fairly easy to get in and out of the house.The view is nothing short of spectacular, mostly due to the fantastic sunsets. « This is a beautiful, fun, pet friendly house. It was nice being so close to the greenway, I enjoyed several walks there. Venus was superb in answering any questions and in giving help. I highly recommend! »

« Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off...

« The property is terrific, and large enough for a group. I didnt care for the multiple floors and steps. Kitchen on ground floor, living room 2 flights up. Bedrooms scattered on multiple floors. We tried to avoid this but the photos were not clear on the website. Rooms large and clean, staff were helpful. The view was nice, not amazing, I would rate view a 6.5 Lots of decent restaurants withing 7 miles. Now that we know the property well we may rent again. »

« The view from the house is amazing. It's actually very clean and a pretty house. Vik was prompt about getting back to us with issues we had, but unfortunately we received not even a partial refund despite not having functioning Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and having dirty towels with brown stains on them. I will give it to him that he fixed the problems, but it wasn't until 10:00 at night after our stay was mostly over. We didn't get to enjoy it. I don't ever leave reviews, but I felt this was...
