« Booked last minute as I was ahead of schedule driving. Glad I found this gem! The bed was so comfy, wow! I had to call twice as I was a bit overtired and the host was more than generous helping me. Nicely decorated and having a family member in a wheelchair (not on this trip), its refreshing to see ADA rooms that are adorably decorated and make sense. « The location is peaceful and is around 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashville. It is an apartment, but there are just a few apartments and they aren't side by side, so the front porch is fairly private. I was just as happy there reading a book, watching the squirrels.as I was exploring downtown. The porch has a gate, so you can trap your furry friends with you while you enjoy nature. « My husband and I stayed in this charming studio recently and it met all of our expectations and more. The studio itself had everything we needed, and the property it was on was very pretty and well-tended with plenty of nice sitting areas outside too. « The property is pretty noisy because of the road. Also, the garbage dumpster was emptied at 6:00 am on a Wednesday! Lastly, I reached out to the host three times about 1) the possibility of an early check in (no reply), 2) a leaky air conditioner that got a bunch of our clothes wet (no reply), and 3) specific check out procedures (no reply). Absolutely no contact. Unfortunate. »
