« Booked last minute as I was ahead of schedule driving. Glad I found this gem! The bed was so comfy, wow! I had to call twice as I was a bit overtired and the host was more than generous helping me. Nicely decorated and having a family member in a wheelchair (not on this trip), its refreshing to see ADA rooms that are adorably decorated and make sense. « The location is peaceful and is around 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashville. It is an apartment, but there are just a few apartments and they aren't side by side, so the front porch is fairly private. « The property is pretty noisy because of the road. Also, the garbage dumpster was emptied at 6:00 am on a Wednesday! Lastly, I reached out to the host three times about 1) the possibility of an early check in (no reply), 2) a leaky air conditioner that got a bunch of our clothes wet (no reply), and 3) specific check out procedures (no reply).
