'This was our second visit to Relais Villa Belvedere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location away from the city but close to the highway works nicely. Excellent breakfast!!'

'De studio was fantastisch. Hier weten ze wat gastvrijheid betekent. Heerlijke massage gehad. Lekker gezwommen en uitgeblazen in de sauna. Het ontbijt is goed. De locatie is geweldig. De mensen in Florence zijn gastvrij, aardig en doen hun best om je te verstaan en te helpen. Wat een verademing is dat in tegenstelling tot de arrogantie van de Milanezen en de hooghartige inwoners van Rome. '

'Very clean and nice place for my family and I. Had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was a nice bonus! Good dining options nearby! One problem was we had to transport the crib by ourselves to the property which was difficult as it wasn't foldable and wouldn't fit in the elevator - so we had to carry it up the stairs. Another thing was laundry - I had booked this place considering there was a washer, however the washer was broken and couldn't be used, with no alternative arrangement...

'Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat.
Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. '
