7. Rustic Romantic Bayberry Cottage at Autumn Ridge

Lexington

'For our first visit to the Natural Bridge State Park area, we chose to stay at a Vrbo property nearby in the Lexington , VA area. The Rustic Bayberry property nailed it on every category. We had great communications from the property owner & truly enjoyed our time there. Due to 100 feel like temps on the July 4th weekend, we found ourselves at the property most afternoons relaxing as the property’s cooling system was a welcomed item during the heat. 10. Creekfront Cabin • Fire Pit • Fenced Yard • Near Crabtree Falls

Tyro

'The property was very nice and comfortable. The area is convenient for hiking (Crabtree Falls is quite a workout!) and the property has a large fenced yard and a nice fire pit. We were a little concerned about 4 people sharing 1 bathroom but we made it work! The owner is very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to questions. While there aren't a lot of dining options close by, there are many options if you are willing to drive 30-45 minutes. Overall, a fun weekend in the mountains!'
