« Just my hubby and I ! It was perfect for us !! Will stay there again when we return! Had no problems with parking as was mentioned in a previos survey! Pulled up in drive to let hubby out then park in space on the road ! »

« There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

« Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) »

« The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. « Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience. »

« Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed. »
