'Everything is great, but the soft drinks has the taste of chlorinated water..《diet coke)'

'My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!'

'It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. 'Didn't like outside entrance. Accidentally stepped into a liquid stain apparently came from the outside trashcan. Had to get someone to come in and get the TV straight. I guess i wasnt tech savvy enough to use 2 remotes. Everything else was great. Breakfast was small but tasty. Just enough options . Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'

'Hotel was clean inside and out, I asked for a partial lake view and I did not receive that. Other than that everything was ok.'
