'Had a great timing staying at this special, fun place! Loved the decor, charm and of course pinball machines. The owner was kind and accommodating. I look forward to booking again next time I’m in Richmond.'

'The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds '

'The outside may not appear impressive, but it actually is. Its just old, but the possibilities atr endless . The room was WONDERFUL. Staff was friendly and accommodating. '

'Everything was great. From entrance, lobby, room etc. My only complaint is that I got there at 4:35pm (check in at 4). My room was not ready and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. I called at 5:20pm and got me a new room. Me and my fiancé was in town for Wiz Broadway show, so it could’ve been a let down if it was not corrected. Still 5/5 exceptional hotel!'

'The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets'

'The photos glammed it up a bit more than reality and the whole place could really use a sprucing up but other than that the AC was cold and the bed was comfortable!'

'The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.'

'Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.'

'Good location next to I-64 and next to a Sheetz Gas Station. Many of the cleaning staff could not speak English and answer a simple question like’ Where is the ice machine?’'

'Shower leaked all the time water on the floor. Hotel breakfast was sub par. Room was basic for a suite. '

'I booked about a month ahead of our stay only to arrive and have the front desk say they didn’t have a room. Never has this happened to me before. I was told of course that I wouldn’t be charged, only to wake up at a different hotel to see the charges on my card. It took a few days of calling to have the manager reverse the charges. I really hope this is not the standard so be prepared to take a gamble booking here!'

'While the front desk was understanding and did the best they could for the situation. The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. Both nights we stayed at the hotel the hotel was unable to manage the kids running wild through the hotel into the night. My husband and I had to visit rooms and parents who were...
