'Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. 'The room was pretty clean, but was lacking a shower curtain which we had to call down for. The lack of some sort of blanket or comforter was a bit off-putting for sleep as well. I also think that there their breakfast area was wanting in space.'

'Management did the right thing by granting a full, hassle-free refund at checkout, but this hotel requires a major overhaul. Our stay began with a broken AC, forcing a room transfer at 2:00 AM. 'During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed. 'My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.'

'Staff was dusgusting. Didnt hsbe our room ready at 4 pm and saud they were going to get one ready. 39 minutes later no update on room. No place to sit in lobby to wait. So went out to dinner. When we came back they said rhey had no rrom avaiäable and cancelled our ressrvation. Would not stsy there if they paid me.'

'The room was not clean. There were still fingerprints and food on the microwave. The stove top did not work, and I found hairs in my bed when I pulled the covers back. The only plus was the dual showerhead.'

Booked with breakfast, no breakfast only coffee lighter than tea. Bad smell and very old ac. Never Super 8 for me again because of this experience. Total rip off, no refund, don't book!'
