Surf Shanty-Two Bedroom Condo – Walking Distance to Beach!

Welcome to our Miramar Beach Surf Shanty! We are pleased to welcome you into our personal vacation getaway to be YOUR home away from home. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. All we ask is that you be at least 25 years old. We have equipped our home to a high standard to anticipate your needs for an amazing beach vacation.

Located on a quiet street in a gated community (with private parking), but only a short 5 to 9-minute walk to the beach. You can have all the beach fun and excitement during the day, and quiet relaxation in the evenings. This private condo has plenty of space inside and out for you to stretch out and relax.
Sleep comfortably on new beds in the two bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with one Queen and one twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area so this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a TV/Roku. Both full bathrooms have been remodeled, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub which is great for kids. The cozy living room has a dedicated workspace in case you must check your email, as well as a TV/Roku. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking/serving needs, including kids` plates, cups, and utensils. Dining area has seating for 6 at the table and bar.
You will enjoy a private patio area which is perfect for relaxing. Rinse the beach sand off with the outdoor shower. Cook your meal on the grill while hanging out under the umbrella. Setup the cornhole boards to compete with your friends! For a great day on the beach, we have provided beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, cooler, and a wagon to help carry things to the beach. If sitting around the pool is your preference, the provided wristbands will give you access to your choice of five pools at Seascape.
If you are feeling extra energetic, we have tennis and pickleball rackets available to take advantage of the facilities at Seascape. For golfers, bring your clubs and enjoy the golf course on the property.
Our calendar is filling in quite fast, so be sure to book right away to guarantee your reservation.

There is a doorbell camera at front of house for security. Additionally the is a noise decibel monitor in the common area of the condo which DOES NOT RECORD.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

AS THERE IS NOT A DAILY CLEANING SERVICE THAT RESTOCKS THE ITEMS THAT YOU WILL BE USING.

We provide a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a couple of trash bags. If you need anything beyond that you will need to provide.

Any food or drink and any condiments that you need for cooking.

We provide two Tide Free Pods if you plan on washing clothes.

We provide two Dishwasher pods. Regular dish soap is provided.

Coffee and Tea - We have shared some coffee and tea. Feel free to share your favorite brand for the next guests.

Toiletries - We leave body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap in each bathroom

Beach Towels - We provide 6 beach towels for your use

HOUSE RULES

Please do not leave wet towels hanging off the fence, hooks ON the fence have been provided.

If you are using fresh self tanning products, please bring your own towels and sheets. These products ruin towels and sheets if you use them and go to bed right after applying.

DO NOT put wet sandy towels or clothes in the washer and dryer! Do not overload the washer and dryer.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside. You can smoke outside. No illegal substances on the property at all.

No Pets!

Parking pass will be on the counter, make sure you hang this on your rear view mirror, please make sure you fill this out with a back sharpie.

Do not turn air conditioning below 68 degrees, this can freeze up the unit. Also do not leave sliding glass doors open with air conditioning on.

Pool bands are on the key hooks in the kitchen. You must wear your band when at one of the 5 pools that we may use. Those are on the map on the bulletin board. Leave 6 pool bands on the same hooks when you check out, there is a $25 charge for each lost or missing pool band.

Do not let children (or adults) jump on the sofa sleeper, beds or any other furniture. These items will be checked at cleaning. So please be aware that there will be damage charges if something is broken.

Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms (water is fine).

No more than the reserved amount of guests in the unit, Maximum of 6 people! This includes children!!!

Please be considerate of neighbors! NO PARTIES!!!! Respect quiet hours after 10pm.

Any violation will terminate our rental agreement and refunds will not be given!


You may use the grill, it is your responsibility to clean it when you are finished. Please make sure you shut off the tank when done using.

Must be 25 years of age. Zero tolerance for guests that have booked under a false ID or parents name and the parents are absent from the unit.

ENTRY DIRECTIONS

Enter through the main gate(south gate) beside Majestic Sun off Scenic 98, Once at the condo your parking passes will be on the counter. Please make sure you fill those out with black sharpie. Display them on your rear view mirror. You can use the owners gate to get out of the complex but not to enter. There is a gate on the north side of the complex but you did need to have your parking pass to get in at that gate.

Your door code and a map of the complex will be provided to you the day of check in!

Check in time is 4PM or later

Check out time is by 11AM
