« Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. « Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it! »

« Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong! »

« The cottage was so light and roomy. It felt luxurious, yet homey. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The hosts are fabulous. They are near and attentive but not obtrusive in any way. I look forward to staying there again which is huge because in over 50 visits to the beach I have only stayed in one other house more than once. Bravo! »
