Flats in Miramar Beach

'We had a great stay in this condo over Mother’s Day weekend! I appreciated the size of the balcony - it felt spacious and we sat out there and enjoyed the view and breeze a lot! I also appreciated the kitchen being stocked with so many utensils, coffee maker and a keurig, and the counter space was great!We traveled with our toddler and found that the space was pretty toddler friendly. 'Very clean room, perfect location and view. The building and grounds were impecable. Bravo to the staff for that. I love that the property is entirely smoke free. My only suggestion for the property would be to add some basic recycling efforts. '

'Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk...

'We stayed here for a music festival and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from great food, right across the street from the ocean, and super close to the venue. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again! '

'Incredible view of the bay. Easy access to the beach. The resort was very family friendly with lots of shops, dining options, coffee shops, and live music at Baytowne Wharf, which was just steps away from the condo. The beach chairs were perfect with coolers built in them. The owner was great to communicate promptly and provide great information. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful place soon! It is very conveniently located and close to 30A with about a 30 min drive to Rosemary Beach...

'First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund.
