'When property was booked, it said it had free buffett breakfast. Not the case. Tried to contact property, but the manager never returned my email. coffee only avaiable at breakfast and the kerug in the room was bot clean. Room had plenty of dirt on floor and bedding could have been newer. The furniture in the lobby was stained. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great shuttle service to airport. Probably would not book here again, especially since the online description did not match...

'Hotel was clean, great location, comfortable beds, and staff was awesome. Stayed for 4 nights and was greeted by Colton everyday at the front desk with a smile. Plenty of parking, well lighted, very safe and nice area.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '
