This very spacious main level unit will exceed expectations in detail of comfort and style. Recently renovated and furnished it boasts a charming 1300 sqft.- there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family and friends. The Living Room is in the front and has a large desk in front of the south facing windows - perfect for watching life stroll by as you work. Beyond the living room is the dining area which can accommodate 8. This unit has a full sized kitchen, complete with center island and plenty of counter space to set out a festive buffet! in the very back off of the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of room to store luggage. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen area; just a few steps from the bedroom. It has a walk -in shower and is comfortably sized to meet your needs. When the weather cooperates be sure to utilize the charming large front porch; there is a place to sit and visit and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy an informal meal El Fresco! On the colder days click on the electric fireplace in living room to cozy up the space. You will quickly make this place your home away from home while taking in all the unique shops, restaurants, and homes this wonderful historic area offers.

Such a cozy place! I loved the little nook, comfy couch, warm lighting, and fireplace โ€” so relaxing and full of daylight during the day. The neighborhood is fantastic, and the kitchen had everything I needed and was spotless. The bedroom felt open and calm with its tall ceiling and big windows. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. Iโ€™d definitely stay here again!

This was an ideal place for what I needed this weekend. A very comfortable, clean, and inviting space. Good for families, better for couples and small groups of friends. It is an old house, so some things are a little quirky, which has lots of charm, but is also a subjective experience. I liked it, amd would definitely consider this place if i'm in St. Paul again.

A lovely, comfortable house located in a charming neighborhood where the sidewalks were bustling with parents with strollers, bicycle riders, dog walkers, joggers; convenient to shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants. Central location makes it easy to navigate the "Twin Cities"

The place is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is lovely to walk but also within easy access to highways, varieties of dining, points of interest. Everything in the VRBO was immaculate, easy to park, and get inside. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

Charming place to stay in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Walked to dinner each night. Enjoyed our stay. There is a little step down into the living area that I didnโ€™t see at first. I was too busy oohing and aahing at the cozy living area. Other than that it was perfect for me and the hubby.

My wife and I and our adult son stayed for the weekend. The place is very comfortable. Had a couple minor issues, but the host was quick to respond. Saint Paul has a lot to offer, and this place is right in the middle of it.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood

This apartment is in a really nice neighborhood close to both shops and restaurants. The apartment is well stocked and the host left a basket of snacks which we appreciated. My spouse was able to work from the apartment and the Wi-Fi was strong. The host contacted us to check in to see if we needed anything. I would stay here again and I would recommended this VRBO to friends.We would definitely stay here again.

Property very much as advertised, very comfortable, well maintained, communication great, and location was perfect. Wife and I used to a larger (king) bed. Other than that, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

St Paul Historic Neighborhood

Great house in a really superb location. Walking down Summit Ave to the River Rd or over to Cathedral Hill with many bars and restaurants. Or walk up Grand Ave the other way with shops, bars and restaurants. Easy in and out. Well stocked and great host. Would stay again!
