« Our overall stay in Davao was superb, we were near SM Mall just few steps from our accomodation. Host Wena was nice and accomodating to our needs. Downside of our accomodation being called as “Modern” the A/C or aircon needs upgrading to split type, it was not cold at all. Some furnitures need upgrading too like the table in the bathroom was dilapidated already. »

« Unit was clean and ready had to go thru a lot to use the pool, there is no parking near the unit. Water lines on shower leak real bad. Had to keep contact to owner to get Netflix to work. »

« The property was a good value. Close to everything. Very convenient! Netflix was a nice bonus. »
