'The place was excellent. Huge pool. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Negatives: Hand soap is tiny. The toilet side overflows and the sink was clogged. Room was cleaned but did not replenish towels '

'Ondanks dat je veel buiten bent is het toch fijn om een tv te hebben. Weinig stopcontacten. Ruime kamer, fijne badkamer er erg licht! Goed bed!'

'Bij check in tijd (14:00) was kamer niet gereed, pas gereed om 16:45!!! Dit doordat er masr 1 kamermeisje was. Gevraagd om manager maar was in besprekking, drie dagen lang! Bij douchen kwam water omhoog vanuit afvoer waardoor badkamer en slaapkamer nat werden, dit elke dag opnieuw, geen oplossing door personeel, en manager was plotseling op vakantie '

'We initially booked a 3-night stay at Mabini Hotel but ended up extending to 4 nights. The property feels fresh and new, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Mambajao Poblacion. The on-site restaurant is a huge plus, serving tasty meals from 6 AM to 9 PM with a solid variety of options at prices that are very reasonable for the island. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spotless, with strong air...

'Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay.'
