Guest access

Please feel free to make use of the common areas, including the patio backyard and laundry room. Note that I also have another rental listing located in the property, and both units have their own private entrances. You may occasionally interact with the other guests during your stay if using the common areas.

To ensure that all our guests can share in the fun, we kindly ask that you handle these items with care. Please treat them as if they were your own, so they remain in great condition for others to enjoy after your departure.

Other things to note

Please respect our neighbors with NO loud music, noise or doing laundry after 10 PM.

Parties/events are not allowed. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave.

This is a NO smoking house and property. This includes the use of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Please input the right number of people who will stay in the house; we will make bedding and other accommodating arrangements according to the number of guests you provided when you book the house.
