'We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. They had an archaic heater that was marked not in use but two days later when the handyman arrived, he relit it. He also had to repair the...

'I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. '
