An end of stay cleaning is included, but guests must clean the kitchen and take out the trash.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of between €200 for rentals of up three nights, up to an amount equivalent to the rental amount for longer stays will be collected. For rentals up to three weeks the security guarantee is usually given through a pre-authorisation on your credit card. For rentals of over three weeks and for those guests who don't want to provide a credit card pre-authorisation as security guarantee, we also accept security deposits. You will also be asked for a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person.

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Osteria Mamma Rosa, just a 5 minute drive away! At Ristorante PANE e TULIPANI con Pizzeria (just 5 minutes away!) enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price. The Milano Centrale Railway Station is also just a stroll away where you'll find a number of shops and restaurants.
