Flats in Midden van South Carolina

'Everything was good'

'This property is outstanding. Very clean and ample room. The high ceilings open up the space even more. Beautiful master bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Convenient location within Columbia. Our host Cason quickly answered our questions. Hope to stay again at this wonderful property.'

'Everything inside was as aspected; flip nicely done! Some constructive comments, we did experience fruit flies in guest rooms, recommend spray treatment. The outside appearance is an older building/ neighborhood but great location steps away from USC. GREAT food at California Dreamin closeby. Otherwise, we were really pleased and satisfied with price, quality, and cleanliness. Thank you so much!'

'The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. '

'The property is located in a beautiful brick building in the darling neighborhood of Elizabeth, which was walking distance to unique restaurants, bars and shops. Assigned Parking was behind the building which was extremely convenient and safe.Great floor plan, comfortable bedding and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciate all the ongoing communications as well. I will definitely come back and refer this unit to friends.'

'This property was convenient to my family members who live in Southpark. The place was quiet and convenient to a grocery store, starbucks, and walgreens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is convenient as we stayed several days. It is a nice 2 BR setup with a couch in the living room - my only suggestion is to perhaps add a couple of single beds to the second bedroom to accomodate larger families.'

'Everything as advertised. Adjacent to Myers Park which is one of the if not best neighborhood in Charlotte. Amenities are close by.The Internet needs some attention; it was a bit spotty around the place and not super fast (I maybe spoiled with a 1gbs connection at home).BTW, ACE Burger #3 is less than a mile away and one of the best burgers I ever had.'

'Nice place to stay when visiting my daughter and family who live nearby.'
