  • Geniet van je koffie in de ochtend of toast op zonsondergang cocktails vanaf het balkon met uitzicht op de intercoastal waterweg en de skyline van Miami! De rest van de dag kunt u een duik nemen in het baaitje of stap over straat om te spelen op het strand!

    De unit is een bijgewerkte 2bd / 2ba-condo in een boetiekgebouw op de rij van miljonairs en heeft travertijn-marmeren instapdouches, bamboevloeren, roestvrijstalen apparaten, wifi, premium-kabel en een adembenemend uitzicht vanuit elke kamer en vanaf het balkon.

    Het gebouw heeft een 24/7 conciërge en beveiliging, plus een baissant zwembad en een zonneterras met grill. Gebruik de toegewezen, overdekte parkeerplaats, met extra parkeerplaatsen voor gasten. Niet roken (zelfs niet op het balkon). Geen huisdieren.

    Minimaal verblijf van een maand; langer de voorkeur.

    Opmerking: Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. Dus het appartement slaapt comfortabel 4.

Great Miami Get Away

The unit has everything you need, the location and view amazing. The beach is beautiful with easy access. The hosts are extremely professional and very pleasant to work with.

This apartment truly lives up to its name as a 'perfect Miami Beach Getaway.' The stunning views were a highlight of our stay. The 2-bedroom unit is thoughtfully and completely equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Communication with the owners was excellent—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Plus, having the beach right across the street was incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

We stayed for a month and had a great time. Internet worked flawlessly, service is great we could get packets and letters delivered. Garage is very convenient. Flat is just located literally 3 minutes away from the beach (by feet). Overall relatively quiet (with windows closed). Views are best with sunset views over the Miami Bay.

Great view, location, and responsive host

We had a lovely stay and found Pascal and Charles to be very warm and responsive. The modem burned out during our stay and they coordinated with us to put things right almost immediately. Unit was very well stocked. Would stay here again.

Incredible view!

I loved staying at this property. Charles and Pascal were very communicative. The building management was very helpful with the free parking. The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars. Incredible sunsets! I Plan to stay again in the future as my schedule allows!.

Awesome!

We stayed in this unit for the second time this year for 30 days. We enjoy it so much we have reserved again for next year. The Unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked with everything you need. We use easily accessed transportation, either the bus or free trolley service right outside the door. It’s right across the street from the ocean with easy access but the view on the canal off the balcony offers a beautiful sunset, kayakers and scullers most mornings and in February you can watch all the boats and yachts arrive and depart from the boat show - quite a site! One of our favorite restaurants is in a residential unit nearby, has just a few tables but very good. L’Edito (French) Also recommend El Rancho Grande, Georges, Prima Pasta, and Fifi in the area. The Tavern is good but very slow service. Great bar for drinks at the nearby Hilton. And south beach we would recommend Dolci, Paul, and for pizza - Spris. Charles is a wonderful host and we couldn’t recommend this unit more highly. We are already looking forward to next year.

Independence Day getaway with an 180 degree view!

Truly, we were made to feel very special by the owners welcome gifts! They connected with us at check-in and were available throughout our stay. The rental was very inviting and offered choice amenities (i.e. Wifi, Netflix, cable, local guide books, etc). The space was very clean and adorned with very fresh and bright linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and every gadget we needed. Location, location, location...we were thoroughly pleased with the its beach and pool access. All-in-all, it was a very pleasurable stay and we have recommended this property to our family and friends! Many thanks to our gracious hosts!
