Spend sunny afternoons by your private pool, stretch out on a lounger, or challenge friends to ping pong and giant chess. Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner, gather around the fire pit, and settle in for a movie under the stars.



The fully fenced backyard and tropical landscaping create an inviting setting for time together. Pool toys and a large cooler are provided for relaxed afternoons outdoors.



The outdoor projector is available upon request at least 48 hours before arrival and requires a $500 refundable security deposit.

Large windows bring backyard views into the bright, open-concept living area. Settle into the spacious sectional to catch up, plan the day, or unwind after exploring Miami. With the kitchen and dining area nearby, everyone can stay part of the conversation. A game room with a billiard table and foosball keeps the friendly competition going indoors.



🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

Prepare breakfast before heading out or bring your group together for dinner at home. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need during your stay. The indoor dining table seats up to eight.



🛏️ Five Bedrooms & Flexible Sleeping

Five bedrooms offer space to recharge between Miami adventures.



• Primary bedroom: Tempur-Pedic king bed, smart TV, pool views, and an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedrooms 2–5: A queen bed in each room and ample closet space.



The home comfortably hosts 12, with flexible sleeping options for up to 14 guests. The living-room sectional and up to two optional foldable beds provide additional sleeping space. Please request these arrangements at least 24 hours before arrival.



🚿 Two Full Bathrooms

Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. The primary bathroom is ensuite, while the shared bathroom sits conveniently off the main living area.
