Our stay in Miami was a terrible experience because of poor customer service and access issues. The property uses an app for room entry, which did not work. We arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long flight, and even after calling the host several times, we were left waiting in the lobby. I eventually had to beg the facility security to let us in so we could rest.
The host promised to fix the issue promptly the following day, but multiple calls that morning went completely unanswered. We had to leave for the day without any resolution, even after requesting a new access code. Later that afternoon, I used my wife’s phone to call, and surprisingly, they finally answered.
When we returned that evening, the lobby security initially refused to let us in again. Only after persistent requests did the host generate a new access code that finally worked. The entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property unless they significantly improve their customer service and access system.
