Bijzonder prijzig voor dit gedateerde hotel. $500,- voor 2 nachten in een muf kamer waarin de ramen niet open mochten, de douche enkel op kokend heet of ijskoud kon, er al zo’n 40 jaar niets was gedaan in de kamer, voor dit bedrag echt schandalig. Na afloop mocht de koffer enkel tegen betaling van enkele dollars in een buitenhokje blijven staan, wij hadden geen cash bij ons dus hadden we pech.

We zullen de warmwater / waterverwarmer in het pak waar je in hebt verbleven controleren en deze snel vervangen als deze defect is.Blijf de volgende keer in een van onze gerenoveerde en moderne premium king suites op de 4e verdieping. We begrijpen niet wat u zegt over de bagageopslag. Heb een veilige reis naar huis.

Prima hotel op een prima locatie
Prima hotel op een prima locatie. Hotel ligt aan een straat maar hier heb je weinig last van met je kamer. Het hotel ligt pal aan het strand, ideale ligging. Verschillende restaurantjes op loopafstand. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Prima prijsverhouding voor het hotel. Kamer met kitchen is aan te raden, lekker ruim! Uitgebreidde fitness bij het hotel

It said beach front hotel, that’s why I rented it, when asked about the beachfront view, was told it was $100 more a night, told them never mind and that should of been said in Expedia. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it anyway, the place has no balconies at all. So beachfront view is just a small window. The parking is a mess. They don’t have a parking lot, you need to park a block or more away, and people are always looking for parking, so you go in circles. Need to pay for the parking constantly all day till 6pm…better off just Uber or taxi if staying in this place. I was there from Saturday to Tuesday morning and the people upstairs sounded like they were fighting and throwing things the whole time, every time I came to the room they were at it!!! could not sleep of how loud they were at 2,3,4 am. the staff did nothing about it. Will definitely not be staying there anymore. Some of the staff were great and some well not so much! If you do stay near bye… I recommend going to El Rancho Grande and Locura 305, the food was fantastic!!

I wouldn’t stay here again, mold in the corner of the shower, old rugs that should be replaced, musty smell that hits you in the face right when you walk in. Pay for what you get.

Staff was very nice, rooms were huge. We came in early and got upgraded, which was so accommodating of them! Rooms were clean, there wasn't much in terms of windows, and they couldn't be opened. The kitchen has kitchenware. I could see staying here for an extended stay. Area is basic Miami and Miami people. Lots of shops and restaurants around! Also private access to the beach. Each room allocates 2 chairs, so we had to share with our kids, but no big deal. They were in the water anyway. They close down at 5pm so if you want to stay beyond 5pm, bring an extra towel for lounging on. Umbrellas are $15 extra.

The staff went above and beyond for us! Very quiet at night, on the beach and Loungers on the beach included! Would definitely return! Fanny on the front desk was amazing!

It wasn't what I expected. The rooms need updating and it's pretty compact from the bedroom to the bathroom. The door wouldn't open all the way. Another door and a hole in it.

We chose this place because it was very close to the beach and was very happy with the location. Not only is the beach directly behind the hotel, there are many restaurant options within walking distance. The room was dated but nice, bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back .

We booked through Expedia a king suite. It was on the top floor rm 407. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location on the beach with pool and walking distance to anything you need. Many restaurants, Publix grocery store with a starbucks we flew Frontier air and rented a car from Avis that is four blocks away for a long day trip around Miami and everglades. We felt like we got alot for a good price. The only negetive was that its located in a small stretch of a few blocks on collins ave that is run down a little, some store fronts are closed, although we felt complete safe. This is a city hotel so you do have some homeless people on the steets and there is a certain amount of smokers and people vaping. We had a great nine day spring break here with our teenager

Lobby looks nice but the room are very old and runned down. There is not parking on the property so you have to find a place to park. Staff and location was wonderful.

Overall good stay. Convenient and right on the beach. Nice big pool. Biggest negative was that the booking of 3 individuals for one room only accounted for 2 people and we had to pay additional for the third person at checkin. Although they charge you for the third person, that didn’t cover a third beach chair on the beach. You have to pay an additional $15 for another chair which is outrageous since they already charged a third person fee.

I loved the location of the property. Right off the beach and the walking path, but also within a couple of blocks of numerous good restaurants, bakeries, grocery, Walgreens, coffee shop. We parked our car and didn’t move it. Parking was very reasonable and not as inconvenient as expected (city parking- not available through hotel). The suite was small but had everything we needed- the separate bedroom from sitting room makes all the difference if you’re an early riser. Towels and beach chairs being provided was an extra benefit. Will return

Location was incredible. Rooms were spacious. We didn’t have a car but everything we needed was a short walk from bar grocery store ihop for breakfast ice cream dinner options. Beach was beautiful. Nice pool area. Would recommend to anybody.

No parking on site but we were able to park in nearby public lots with no issue. Room did smell very strongly of bleach on arrival (some way to air it out would be nice). Pool was closed and it was never communicated in advance (even though details about the pool were sent). Updates in the rooms are a little wonky (so many mirrors) and the kitchen is a little hard to use (dishes and pots/pans inaccessible without climbing the furniture). Otherwise a great place - excellent location, very clean, and the bed was comfy.

Not able to use the pool. It was empty then closed while still not in working order after water in. But the staff was very nice. Got a suite with view to the ocean . Fantastic for my 2 weeks vacation
