A truly special fourth-level retreat with sweeping Miami skyline views. Lounge on the rooftop sundeck, relax in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets and the city lights begin to glow.



The rooftop is designed for quiet mornings, golden-hour relaxation, workouts with a view, and memorable Miami nights above it all.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required.



★ PARKING:

Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to two vehicles.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Packages may be delivered to the door. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and any lost packages.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other exterior property upkeep.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Looking to rent a boat, arrange a private chef, book an in-home massage, or make reservations during your stay? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon request.



Please note that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and has no connection with the property owner. Booking any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities.



Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay upon request and at the guest's cost. We reserve the right to assess fees for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Guest visits are permitted from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you have a guest who needs to stay past 11 PM, please reach out to us so we can register them with the property.

You will receive the check-in instructions the morning of your arrival and the check-out instructions 24 hours prior to your departure.

Getting around Miami is most convenient by car or rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, which provide quick and easy access to all major attractions. Our property is located at 1884 Southwest 17th Street, placing you within a short drive of the city center. For those traveling by air, Miami International Airport is approximately a 15 minute drive away. We offer free parking on the premises for your convenience, and guests with electric vehicles can utilize our on site EV charger.

QUIET HOURS:

Begin at 9 PM. Please note that this is a quiet residential neighborhood.



WHAT TO PREPARE:

GUEST COUNT:

Please reserve the property for the exact number of guests in your party. No additional guests are permitted without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



Trash & Recycling Rules:

All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city may refuse pickup. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.



Grill Reminder:

If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise, it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions during your stay. We also offer full-service concierge assistance, including help with reservations, in-home massages, private chefs, boat rentals, and more.
