It comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware, and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, Wi-Fi and Cable TV included.
The 1st bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds and an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single size beds. The 3rd bedroom offers 1 full bed. The living room area can accommodate 1 single size rollaway bed.
Our amenities include: - two heated pools, one for families and children and one designated for adults only - two hot tubs - brand new upper-level poolside cabanas - Tiki Bar with comfort food in the pool and beach area - direct beach access (lounges on beach and water sports additional fees apply) - concierge - bellhop - complimentary Wi-Fi - gift shop - onsite coffee shop - onsite restaurant - sauna.

It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall. Uber, Lyft, rental cars and cabs. Miami Beach, gold courses, night life entertainment are minutes away. Miami airport - 20 minutes ride Port of Miami - 15 minutes ride Brickell, Downtown - 15 minutes ride.

Washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit. Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area. Complimentary: 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels at the beach Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:
