Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to1pm .

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact seacoast suites.

Self parking is available for $30 on Site. Package storage fee $5

Property Management unfriendly
The location was great and the balcony view was beautiful but the way the property was managed made it really difficult to relax and enjoy the property. The security guards closed the pool at 5:30pm daily when the sign said open until sunset, the security guard yelled at our kids for swimming in the pool without an adult in the water, they kept calling our room saying we needed to close the balcony door when we only opened it to come in and out (and the door was extremely hard to open/shut). There were so many rules it was hard to try and keep them all straight-for example, no luggage was allowed in the main elevators so you had to use the service elevator with the staff. I was okay with the property being older but there were dead bugs in the cabinets, our key cards stopped working on the 2nd day and we had to give used bath towels back before we could get clean towels. These are just some examples of things we dealt with the week we were there. In addition at check in there was extra charges for parking and a huge security deposit-none of which were disclosed to us before booking the place. I was very disappointed with VRBO and this rental for the price we paid.

We found the unit reasonably clean, but somewhat short on written instruction about garbage and reyclables. Towels, washcloths, and kitchen supplies were not adequate upon check-in. The check-in and check-out process was simple. We loved the location and the pool was well maintained.

Pros and cons Pros- location was great, steps from the beach and walking distance to South beach if you like to walk. Staff was friendly, checking in and out after hours was also easy. Basic kitchen items were provided. Cons- the unit needs repairs. The carpet has a huge burn from an iron and at least some of the faucets are falling apart. The photos are not the furniture in the unit. The AC unit was so loud you can’t run it at night or it will keep you up turning on and off all night long. And only one window would stay open. For the price, if there weren’t stains on the carpet and the ac and faucets were fixed it would be great!

Okay place for the price. Good location
Seacoast is a decent place to stay. It is an older property and a little run down, but we don't spend a lot of time in the room so we do not care about the finishings. It is a decent place for the price. Make sure to thoroughly read the room versus the building amenities. They can be confusing/misleading. There were not a lot of towels in the room, but you can request more. The only bad thing is the elevators. This is a fairly large property and there is at most two working elevators and they are extremely slow. And one of the two was frequently not working. Our average elevator wait time was 15 minutes. We frequently took the stairs from the 11th floor because we had to wait so long for an elevator. This is not a new problem. I stayed here two years ago and it was the same issue. I just assumed it was an issue that would be fixed so I was not worried about it this time. A security guard told us the elevators are always slow and frequently broken.

Great location
Perfect for our stay! It was in a location where we could uber to local bars and restaurants and the stadium. Used the balcony a lot. They have a nice pool and the beach is only steps away. We would definitely stay there again!

Uncomfortable Harassment
The fact that your security guard watched us alike a hawk but ignored others who had worse behavior is very concerning. My daughter says that they asked the bell hop for a cart and was denied a cart for not having an id but only having room key, they called three times for paper towels and got sent three different things, we talked to turn their music down during the day when they were on the balcony and yet others thru alcohol and items of the balcony and did not get in trouble. when they were at the pool got asked to turn their music down when others were playing theres much louder. When coming home from the club her friend hurt her foot and came in barefoot being helped to the room and they were told they were going to be fined. on day one they arrived early and was hanging by the pool and was told to they they could check in early and came in from the pool to check on the room and they got yelled for coming inside in bathing suits and told they were going to be fined when you had a family in bathing suits sitting on the sofa inside at the same time. not to mention that when I set this booking up from day one I called and said it was my daughter and 5 friends staying and added her name and the confirmations came over with her name and yet I had to email a copy of my license and give approval for her to check in. which she was lucky that I wasn't on my flight. so this experience has been not pleasant at all. The girls who were 22 of age had to walk on eggshells all weekend. not what I expect when I check into a hotel on south beach.
