'L’appartement est tout simplement parfait, l’hôte a pensé à tout, il ne manque de rien. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli. Un séjour qui n’aurait pas pu mieux se dérouler.'

'Logement très agréable avec une vue incroyable sur le lac. La départementale est circulante ce qui peut, éventuellement, être un inconvénient l'été quand il fait très chaud.'

'Très bien situé car un Auchan juste à côté. Maison agréable par la piscine, la terrasse et l'intérieur super beau . Belle décoration.....beaucoup de goût. Par contre sur le ménage ça serait bien que le propriétaire fasse le tour avant l'arrivée des nouveaux loueurs.'

'The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!'

'Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est bien située et nous a permis de faire tout à pied. Petits bémols : - l'isolation due au fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vieille résidence. - la vaisselle qui n'était pas en nombre suffisant. (3 fourchettes, 3 verres, etc...)'

'This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. 'We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the...
