Ideal for 5 people, it comprises three bedrooms, a separate toilet and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), a balcony overlooking the lake with a spectacular view of the mountains, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room.
This top-floor apartment has a floor area of 170m²

Two bedrooms are fitted with a 160x200cm double bed, whilst the third has an 80x190cm single bed. All bedrooms are fitted with storage space for your personal belongings.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
A parking space is reserved for you in the secure communal car park.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the block’s car park.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Check-in is from 4 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier and the accommodation is available, our concierge will be able to welcome you subject to availability.
For arrivals after 9 pm, a supplement of €20 is payable to the concierge.
Check-out is by 10 am.
