« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. »

« The place was clean and big enough for me. The place has a kitchen, living room, small dining table, washer and dryer and a separate bathroom. Made me feel at home. Once you’re inside the building, it feels like you disconnect from the outside, as it feels quiet and peaceful. Security is a top notch and they will not allow anyone without a keycard to go in or out. « I know the area well, and this a was a centrally-located place for me. It's a little loud because the highway is right next to the building, but the apartment itself is very nice, and the security team is very helpful. I also had a maintenance issue that was promptly resolved when I stayed here, which was nice. »

« It’s a beautiful, 2 level condo that was super clean. Very easy and direct communication with owner, they were flexible with our times of arrival/departure. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, living room had a tv with Netflix and fast wifi. Will definitely book again in the future! »

« Overall, the one-month stay was OK. What made it most pleasant is the staff. Each member was responsive and kind. The building’s location truly requires a rental car. It is not walking distance to any amenities like coffee shops, supermarkets, or restaurants. Hence, every outing required a 25 to 40-minute walk or an Uber ride.
