'The apartment was lovely, just what we needed to recover from the busy streets of Mexico City. The location is excellent, on a street with several very good restaurants. In the apartment, we used the spotless refrigerator and made coffee with the provided coffee maker. The beds were fine and ample pillows were provided. The shower was a little tricky, but the owners had advised us in advance, so all was fine. We would definitely go back there. '

'When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. '

'The place is great and had ample room. The host was very quick to respond. There were issues such as no toilet paper that were resolved. However, the clothes dryer didn’t function, so laundry was not done, stool ring and lids on both toilets were about to fall off of which was reported and not resolved. Also, there were six of us for seven days with one towel each for the week - not VRBO typical.The most irritating issue was when midnight occurred on our next to last day, the lock code reset....
