« When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. »

« This property is well maintained, in an easily accessible and central part of the city, and felt very safe. For a longer stay, an apartment suited our needs best. The host was very communicative and the process was simple. We were close to everything, with great food and drink nearby, public transportation down the block, and the gorgeous Alameda Central Park in the vicinity. »
