'Extremely well equipped apartment with almost 180 degrees view of the ocean. Excellent reception by host who explained all the features of the place. You have to be prepared to ess as lj some steps or take a tiny elevator for two people max. ( no luggage). Parking is free in garage. Very good bus connection into Nice and Villefranche. Walking to Nice is longer than suggested on the website.The walk to Villefranchealong the coast is recommended.'

'Jean was very accommodating and the apartment itself was beautiful. He provided all amenities needed and all appliances were working well. The location is great and only a ten minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Nice!'

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Malin. Het uitzicht was schitterend en de locatie super handig. Goed bereikbaar met tram en bus (maar ook te voet) en leuk gelegen in de haven. Malin is een hele fijne flexibele host!'

Het appartement is super gelegen, op nog geen 5 min stappen van De Promenade des Anglais en op een kwartiertje van het centrum. De parking voor het parkeren van de auto is pure luxe in het drukke Nice. De commnunicatie voor ons verblijf verliep zeer vlot en correct. Het onthaal door Laure bij aankomst was top. Meer konden we niet wensen voor een zorgeloos verblijf.'

Instructions to find the unit were very useful, the only confusion was finding the correct train station terminal as the signage at transit stops was unclear. 'Location is great, 10 min walk to the beach and center. Easy to catch the bus. The flat is light and bright, lot's of natural light and spacious. The flat was clean, the bedding / sheets were in great condition. Beds were fine, not amazing but it was ok for us. Overall it was a good stay, easy check-in, easy to communicate with manager. 'It was wonderful staying in the old part of Niece. Loved the high ceilings and great air conditioner. It was hot during my visit and coming back to a nice cool place helped me sleep very well! Quiet spot too.'
