'The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. 'It was wonderful staying in the old part of Niece. Loved the high ceilings and great air conditioner. It was hot during my visit and coming back to a nice cool place helped me sleep very well! Quiet spot too.'

'This apt is more like a small suite with 2 small bedrooms. It was a bit hard to find as our GPS took us elsewhere but the link that the host sent worked well. The hearts on the cement columns were barely visible so we had to double check that we found the right place. The lockbox wasnt obvious despite the picture. It would be helpful to put lift up white cover on the photo posted. Please advise people that there are 10 flights of stairs..92 steps in total as it was very hard to get luggage...
