Location:
Villa Ancora is situated in Binibeca Vell, just 2 minutes walk from the well known fishing village and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach. The bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are all close by. The town Sant Lluís is about a 7 minute drive away and there is a regular bus service to Mahon. Other southern beaches can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and northern beaches are only 20 minutes away. The journey from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.

Exterior:
Connected to the lounge is a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining and sofas for relaxing in the shade. The swimming pool (7m x 3m) is surrounded sunbathing terrace and there is an artificial grass area with indigenous plants on the other side of the garden. There is a built-in barbeque and also a shaded area for parking the car.

The villa is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. The property is distributed on one level: lounge/dining room, kitchen, laundry, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
