Pleasant Accommodations

The host was more than accommodating for our one night stay on a short notice! The king suite was everything the listing described! Two king-sized bedrooms with nice firm beds, comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Perfectly decorated with adequate space for an overnight, or weekly stay! Cute, historic neighborhood that felt safe with lots of foks taking their daily stroll. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this property. The place was immaculate and as described. It had all the kitchen facilities we needed. Easy and central location we could walk to restaurants, the park and a short uber to downtown. Definitely would stay again when next back in Memphis

Nice Time in Memphis

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and was stocked with extra items in the cabinets and toiletries. We felt safe while entering and exiting the building. The host was amazing and answered all our questions, even reaching out to the upstairs guest to remind them of quiet time:)

Nice apartment, horrible location

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Once you go outside you find homeless people sleeping on the steps. Other renters came in for an upstairs apartment after we had 3 good days. They first tried entering our apartment, proceeded to clomp around well past midnight keeping, all of us awake. The next morning we found part of the ceiling had fallen in front of our door. (See photos) I alerted the host immediately. The smell of marijuana began permeating our apartment, not sure which of the other apartments it originated from. We decided to cut our stay short as we no longer felt safe there. The host did not offer any refund for the night I had prepaid them for. The proximity of the apartment to places we visited was great! If only the host had been up front about the neighborhood and surroundings I would have chosen a different property. I would love this unit if located somewhere else!

Great, quiet location! We enjoyed being a short drive from great restaurant and downtown. There's also a nice park we could walk to and explore. Beds were comfortable, and it was the rignt amount of space for my friend, partner, and me.

Tons of room for everyone - 2 King Beds RARE

We found this property after a hotel reservation for our party of four adults was disrupted. Extremely rare find to have 2 King Beds which was exactly what we wanted. Property was exactly as described - fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Central air conditioning was a must have considering the temperature and humidity. Location was very conveniently located for our planned activities and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this if you are travelling with adults.

JUST like the photos, and VERY clean!!

Location, location, location - the location of this rental could not have been better for me and my 6 year old. Right across from the park, near the zoo, kids museum and so much more. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away.We were very pleased upon arrival. Check in was seamless, entry was as described and simple, and the unit itself was just as pictured and spotless. Beds were firm, but comfortable. It was great having 2 king beds and TVs in the living room AND both bedrooms. We were able to login to our own streaming accounts as well.This kitchen is very well stocked, with pan, silverware, utensils, etc. - just bring your groceries!Communication with the owner was super responsive and quick. I have zero complaints about my stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely Vintage Charm

A vintage building with secure access to building and unit along with free and easy access parking. The apartment was very nicely decorated with all the necessities you need for your stay. The building was quiet, for the most part, but is close to a bar and convenience store which may be why we heard some music during the night on a Friday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was close to Beale street and a short drive to Graceland. Would stay again if we ever had the chance.

Perfect location!

Stayed here for the proximity to Rhodes College. The property was just as described. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, SUPER comfortable beds! We enjoyed walking in Overton Park which is just across the street. Easy to get to all the Memphis sights from this location, as well. Easy check in and out and host was very prompt in answering when we had a question. I would recommend this property if you have any business at Rhodes or just want to stay in Memphis!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

I love how every need or want was anticipated for our stay! It really was so thoughtful from cozy blankets, comfy/expensive mattresses, pillow of multiple levels of fluffiness to actually having paper products like Kleenex and paper towels! The location was safe and next to beautiful Overton Park with its many trails in old growth forest, dog park, kids playground and golf. It was only a short bop down the road from the incredibly curated Civil Rights Museum and amazing BBQ spots. I was prepared to never leave! My family insisted I do!

Host Misrepresented Capacity of Property

The #1 reason I selected this property is because the listing said it has 4 beds. So to arrive as a group of 4 adults who do not sleep together and find 2 beds was a BIG PROBLEM.The listing further says this property will accommodate 6 and I see no way this would be possible. The parking right next to the building is another reason we selected this location and that worked well, but we arrived after dark and with no exterior lights in the parking area or sidewalk it was challenging. The large bathroom and abundantly stocked kitchen are nice, but the oven really needs to be cleaned. I would not stay here again.

Cute apartment in good area

The place was fully stocked with everything needed to stay a few days or weeks. The beds were soft but firm (good quality). The entrance to get inside may not be easy for someone with walking issues. It is a bit steep to go up the sidewalk. The only negative were that the neighbors were very noisy. It sounded like they were having a party in the hallway, but they were in their own apartment. This is the safest part of Memphis, recommended by Memphis residents to stay in Midtown Memphis.

Thoughtful and comfortable

Our host was very thoughtful with all the amenities provided and it was appreciated. There was adequate provisions for our 6 night stay (ample coffee, tea, sweetener, bath soap, shampoo, towels etc.). We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. the beds were the most comfortable and part of our trip Communication was also quick and great Thanks!
