Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Melbourne Beach

'This condo was very nice. I need comfortable seating and they had two lounge chairs which we greatly appreciated. Having a garage was a plus as well. Host responded quickly when we had any questions. Great for family, heated pool and beachfront.'

'We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

'Condo was clean and well maintained. Easy access to pool and beach. Comfortable for our family of 5. The only thing I'd suggest is a washer and dryer maybe in the garage. Several units were vacated the same day and the cleaning staff was in there all day doing bedding/ towels which I understand but with a large family I try and wash daily with all the towels and wet clothes we accumulate. Garage was super nice to have and we would definitely recommend this property. Peaceful location and very...

'casa tranquila, muy amigable todo bien organizado 100% recomendo'

'This is an excellent condo right on the beach. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and safe for the kids to play outside. The pool is nice and the condo community is very well maintained. It's close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The host checked in with us and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again!'

'The good: location. The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The...

'You just can't beat the location! The view was breathtaking, and you're literally steps away from the sand and ocean. The two-story layout gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out and feel at home, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. There were some dead lovebugs upon arrival, but the management company contacted us immediately to explain the situation, and it really wasn't an issue after the first day. During a heavy...

'When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.'

'House was nice. Could smell someone smoking in the small space, and they also had the TV on loud late into the evening.'

'There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...

'was the perfect place for the 3 of us for the long weekend. Right there on the beach and close to everything'

'Clean ans cozy home very close to downtown Melbourne and with easy access to the beach and local attractions'

'This property is in an excellent location. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. We had difficulty contacting the host when we needed to. Also, your reservation will be completed on a third party platform and not VRBO. Just an FYI for prospective vacationers.'

'Beach access was a 10. Pool was great. Our unit was exactly what we booked. I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals. Usually there are basic kitchen items, probably left from previous guests, but this place didn’t have any of that. Pack your salt and pepper and literally anything you want to cook with. The Cuban restaurant across the street is really good and you can walk there. I would 100% return to this property… with seasonings, lol'

'This was one of the best properties we have stated in with VRBO. The host communicated with us as necessary and was very pleasant. We made use of the patio area for two meals and enjoyed it immensely. We would stay there again.'

'Pros: the location is amazing, it really is only about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and even though its fairly close to a main road we were never bothered by traffic noise. The pool was clean, the backyard is a good size and offered good shade for our 2 dogs. The surf theme extends to every room of the house and offers some interesting history and beautiful photographs. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable.Cons: the air conditioning was NOT capable of cooling the house. When...
