'Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. Thank you for a wonderful visit.'

'We were in town to visit friends in the area. We just needed a place to sleep. This place was clean and private in a nice neighborhood close to town. The host provided plenty of water and coffee that we enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable.'

'Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.'

'We stayed at this very nice home with 9 adults. Everything was what we needed to cook make coffee and not worry about sleeping arrangements again we’re above expectations. Pool as advertised was nice cool and refreshing hot tub was what we needed nice and clean. We barbecued on the great deck with a nice backboard view! Check-in was a breeze excellent communication. We would stay again and highly recommended! '

'Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again.'

'I have been coming up to GV with my family for nearly 35 years now. We've stayed at a variety of rentals and this is BY FAR the best we have ever stayed in. The creek is a godsend, we didnt have to drive 45 minutes to some place where the boys could play around in the water and experience the natural beauty of Grass Valley. The pool is perfect for a dip, the hot tub is an added bonus. The house was clean and spacious, and the kids rooms are AMAZING [like little private areas to read, hide and...
